General Assignments

image4General assignments are expected to last no more than two hours. Commercial assignments (corporate and advertising) are expected to take place in one location and last no more than four hours. Real Estate (full service) is expected to last about one hour. Additional fees must be negotiation beforehand for multiple locations or anticipated delays.

Newspaper

  • image3$200 minimum or publication’s standard rate (whichever is higher) per assignment perpetual, royalty free, nontransferable, nonexclusive, first rights to 30 days.

Magazine (consumer or trade)

  • $400 minimum or publication’s standard rate (whichever is higher) per assignment
  • Perpetual, royalty free, nontransferable, nonexclusive, first rights to 90 days.
  • Standard additional fees apply.
  • Model/property releases acquired.

Private events
$300 per assignment (shoot and online review only)

This is for the shoot only and delivery of 10 or more images to a secure photo lab
taxes and standard additional fees apply.  Images are made available for print sales through a secure photo lab.  Selected images are syndicated for editorial publication

Private events
$450 per assignment (shoot, online review, CD and printing license)

Real Estate
Soul$250 per full assignment (shoot interior/exterior, transmit)

  • 75 cents per mile outside St. Louis County.
  • Additional fees for rush requests.
  • Fee includes perpetual, royalty free, nontransferable, nonexclusive license until property is sold.

Single Exterior – Real Estate

$50 plus 75 cents per mile

  • Amount is for shoot and delivery of at least one toned exterior image
  • No specific shoot time can be honored (see full assignment if specific time is required)
  • Fee includes perpetual, royalty free, nontransferable, nonexclusive license until property is sold.

Public Relations events
(in-house fulfillment, online review)
$395 per assignment

  • Amount is for shoot only and delivery of 10 or more images to secure photo lab for print sales.
  • Standard additional fees apply.
  • Select images are syndicated for editorial publication

Nonprofit Discounts
We offer a 20 percent discount on corporate assignment rates to educational institutions and 501C-3 certified organizations. Additional fees are negotiated individually.
